While each contractor had their merits, FB Roofing & Siding stood out for numerous clear reasons that made me confident and decisive in my choice. The most significant reason I reached out to Frank, the owner of FB Roofing & Siding, was through a newer neighbor who was having her roof replaced by him. She had previously hired Frank for work on another home and had nothing but praise for him, claiming she wouldn’t consider any other contractor because of how well he handled the project. Everything she shared about her experience was true and then some.
Frank is personable, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely decent, making the decision-making process incredibly easy. He returned my initial call the same day and was prompt in answering my follow-up questions. His pricing was fair, and the materials he offered were top-notch. The proposal was well-detailed and professionally typed, and he even provided a transferable warranty. The professionalism of his workers was impressive. They arrived on time, worked through lunch, and continued until about 7 PM. Their cleanup was immaculate, and they were happy to answer all of my questions. This dedication reflects Frank’s character; only someone as decent and honest as he is can inspire such care from his team.
