Frank Bartolini Sr. started FB Roofing & Siding in Jackson with nothing more than a hammer, a few bundles of shingles and an unwavering work ethic. He personally nailed every shingle and carried every load. That is not company folklore — it is the standard the next two generations inherited.
More than fifty years later we are still family-owned and still based in Jackson. Frank Bartolini Jr. has been working alongside his father since 1982 and has helped complete close to 20,000 projects across Monmouth and Ocean County. When you call, you are talking to the family whose name is on the truck.
President. Frank started working for his father in 1982 and has since helped complete close to 20,000 projects. He is involved in every job and is frequently on-site himself.
Chief of Finance. Sophia joined the company in the fall of 2017 as a Rutgers freshman and now runs the financial side of the business. She also brings extensive knowledge in design to the projects she works on.
Foreman. Emmanuel has been with FB since 2010 and is the cornerstone of the crew. His expertise and leadership set the standard on site.
Project Manager. Phil joined in 2020 as warehouse manager and moved into project management on the strength of his technical understanding and leadership.
That is the actual standard we hold crews to. Serve the community with integrity, uphold honest business practices, and treat every home as if it were your own and every customer like family.

A project manager is present at every job, so there is always someone accountable on site rather than a crew left to interpret the plan on their own — and Frank himself is involved in every project.
