Roof Repair & Leaky Roof Emergency Service in New Jersey

A missing shingle is cheap to fix. The ceiling stain it causes is not. We repair fast, and we tell you honestly when a repair is the right answer.

Act Early

Small Roof Problems Get Expensive Quickly

Most of the costly damage we see did not start as a roofing problem. It started as one lifted shingle or a cracked piece of flashing that let water into the deck, then the insulation, then the ceiling below.

Catching it early usually means replacing a few shingles and resealing a joint. Waiting through a wet season can mean replacing sheathing, insulation and drywall — and dealing with mold.

Our crews also look for what you cannot see from the ground: soft decking, failing sealant around penetrations, and ventilation problems that quietly shorten the life of the whole roof.

What We Repair

The Failures We See Most in New Jersey

Loose or Missing Shingles

High winds and nor’easters lift and strip shingles, leaving the deck exposed to the next rainfall.

Cracked or Failed Flashing

Flashing seals chimneys, valleys and sidewalls. When it fails, water enters at the joint rather than the field.

Active Leaks & Ceiling Stains

We trace the entry point rather than patching where the stain appears — they are rarely the same place.

Storm & Tree Damage

Emergency tarping and reinforced sealing to secure the roof before further weather arrives.

Fast Response

Emergency Response Across Monmouth and Ocean County

Northeast weather does not wait for business hours. Heavy snow and ice in winter, thunderstorms and hurricane remnants in summer — both can open a roof in minutes.

From Howell and Colts Neck to Point Pleasant Beach, Manchester and Long Beach Island, we respond quickly to secure compromised roofs and siding with tarping and temporary sealing, then schedule the permanent repair once the weather clears.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers Before the Next Storm

How fast can you get here for an active leak?

For an active leak we aim to be out the same day or next morning across Ocean and Monmouth Counties. If we cannot permanently repair it immediately, we tarp and stabilize the area first so the water stops coming in while we schedule the real fix.

Is it worth repairing an older roof, or should I just replace it?

If the roof is under about fifteen years old and the damage is isolated, a repair is usually the right call. Once you are past twenty years, or you are on your third or fourth repair in the same area, you are paying for the same problem twice. We will tell you which situation you are in before you spend anything.

My ceiling is stained but I do not see damage on the roof. What now?

Water rarely enters directly above the stain — it travels along rafters and decking before it drops. That is why we inspect flashing, valleys, vents and the attic rather than just the spot above the stain. Guessing at the entry point is how leaks come back.

Will insurance cover storm damage to my roof?

Often yes, when the damage is from a specific storm event rather than age or wear. We document what we find with photographs and written detail so you have what your adjuster needs. We do not file the claim for you, but we make sure you are not walking in empty-handed.
